We are licensed to operate at the AMCOS level, working directly with local farmer cooperatives to source the highest quality parchment coffee. Our core mission is to ensure a fair and efficient market for Tanzanian farmers by processing their harvest for sale at local auctions and through direct relationships with international importers, bringing the distinct taste of Tanzanian coffee to the global stage.

Tanzania coffee sourcing process
01. Cultivation & Harvesting
Coffee is grown in Tanzania’s highlands, with Arabica and Robusta hand-picked at peak ripeness for quality.
02. Processing & Drying
Cherries are washed or naturally processed, then sun-dried and hulled to prepare for grading.
03. Curing & Quality Grading
Beans are cleaned, sorted, and graded under Tanzania Coffee Board standards (AA, A, PB, etc.).
04. Marketing & Export
Coffee is sold via the Moshi Auction or direct export, then shipped worldwide with full certification.
